About the Role: The Plant Operator is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and organised operation of the Timber Treatment Plant, applying Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles to maintain productivity, quality, and workplace safety.

This role is based in Mount Maunganui, Tauranga, working Monday - Friday 7.00am-3.30pm. You will be reporting to the Health, Safety and Compliance Manager and work closely with the manufacturing and operations teams.

Products that store carbon are the future for the building material industry – so this is a growing and fast paced industry. You will be working with a great bunch of people that have a love for doing good and going out of their way to assist in achieving the founder's mission.
