About the Role:
Are you an organised and people focused person who enjoys meeting new people and supporting high performing teams?
We’re looking for a highly collaborative team player with a keen eye for detail to join our People and Culture team as our Talent Acquisition Advisor.
This is a permanent full-time position based at our Head Office in Mangere, Auckland.
This is an ideal role for someone wanting to play a pivotal role in supporting the team and promoting a positive work environment.
Day in the life:
- Supporting with end-to-end recruitment
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding
- Assist in developing and maintaining HR documents and policies
- Provide general administrative support to the People and Culture team
- Update and maintain HR information systems
- Creating new learning and development opportunities
About you:
- 2-3 years’ experience in HR
- Strong attention to detail and administrative skills
- Good understanding of employment- related legislation and employment relations best practice
- Strong relationship building, influencing and interpersonal skills
- Attitude and willingness to learn all things HR
