Holiday Operating Hours 2024

Our Head Office, Māngere and Ohinewai manufacturing facilities will be closed from midday Friday 20 December 2024 until Monday 6 January 2025. Placing timber orders and phone lines will be open between Christmas and New Year (working days). Here’s all you need to know about our holiday season dates.

Timber orders

Last days for dispatch:

• North Island: Wednesday, 18 December 2024
• South Island: Monday, 16 December 2024

First day back for deliveries (all sites):

• North and South Island: Monday, 6 January 2025
  

Open to receive timber orders between Christmas and New Year (working days).

Website orders

• The last day for online orders is Tuesday 17 December. Orders placed after this date will be shipped starting Monday 6 January 2025.

Cardrona showroom opening hours

• Our Cardrona Showcase will be closed from Saturday 21 December – Monday 6 January 2025
• Open by appointment only, from Tuesday 7 January – Friday 10 January 2025, between 10am – 3pm. To book, call 027 301 6133
• Back to normal operating hours after that i.e. from Tuesday 14 January 2025
