Protector - Hybrid

Protector - Hybrid uses the latest in water borne oil technology combining refined plant oils and resins to achieve a high-grade natural finish for architectural timbers.

Suitable for interior ceilings and walls, cabinetry, doors, protected exterior soffits. Not suitable for exposed exterior use such as decking, cladding and interior flooring.

Designed specifically for use on Abodo timbers, and can be used on other timbers such as radiata pine however testing prior to application is recommended.

Features

Penetrating: Non film-forming coating sits into the timber surface, which means superior performance and easier maintenance.

Low VOC: Water Borne formulation is better for people and the environment. Water clean-up.

Red List Free: Free from Red List chemicals as required by the Living Building Challenge.

Approximate coverage 8-10 m2/L first coat, 10-12 m2/L second coat (bandsawn / smooth dressed timber and hardwoods will have higher or lower coverage rates respectively).
